Hanging Bog State Preserve Entrance
From Iowa State Hwy. 94 (Covington Rd.) - between Covington and Palo - turn north on Ross road. Park at the end of the road in the small turn-around area (don't take the farm road that branches West). To the East, are two homes. Walk uphill- between the two homes - for about 200 feet (~70 yards) . Near the crest of the wooded hill you will see the "Hanging Bog State Preserve" Signage.
